Job summary

LA International seeks a motivated Junior Field Service Engineer to support onsite projects in Rijswijk and field sites across the Netherlands.

Fluency in Dutch and English is highly advantageous; at least 1 year in PV, BESS, DC, or EV charging is preferred, with a strong willingness to learn for entry-level candidates. On-call readiness and strong planning skills are essential.

You will collaborate with installers, partners, and team members to ensure timely problem resolution and site safety.

Our client is seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to work on a B2B/freelance contract based onsite in Rijswijk and field sites across the Netherlands. Fluency in Dutch & English is highly advantageous.

• Relevant Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in PV, BESS, DC, or EV Charge. A strong understanding of high-voltage fields is preferred. Alternatively, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role will also be considered.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with local installers, partners, and team members.
• Time Management and Adaptability: The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage targets while adapting to continuously changing situations is crucial. On-call readiness for emergency dispatch is also required.
• Planning and Organizational Skills: Candidates should be able to work according to outlined processes, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized work processes to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a strong initiative, accurate execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team is preferred.
