Job summary

LA International seeks a motivated Junior Field Service Engineer to support onsite projects in Rijswijk and field sites across the Netherlands.

Fluency in Dutch and English is highly advantageous; at least 1 year in PV, BESS, DC, or EV charging is preferred, with a strong willingness to learn for entry-level candidates. On-call readiness and strong planning skills are essential.

You will collaborate with installers, partners, and team members to ensure timely problem resolution and site safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in PV, BESS, DC, or EV charging preferred, entry-level with willingness to learn considered.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with installers, partners and team members.
• Strong time management and adaptability to meet deadlines and changing situations; on-call readiness for dispatch.
• Planning and organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to collaborate within a team.
