Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in complex desktop support or recently completed ICT degree
• International financial services experience is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and install PCs, phone systems, wireless networks and peripherals for desktop infrastructure
• Support Agile ceremonies and follow department guidelines
• Work independently on technical desktop tasks and follow best practices
• Identify risks and mitigate or escalate as needed
• Explain technical information clearly to team members
• Identify automation opportunities and improve self-service for common requests
