Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supporting complex desktop environments or recently completed ICT degree
• Experience in an international company (financial industry would be an asset)
• Fluent in English with very good communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices per desktop standards
• Agile ceremonies are conducted as per department guidelines
• Work independently on technical desktop support tasks following best practices
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate or escalate them as needed
• Clearly explain facts, policies, challenges within scope to team members
• Identify automation opportunities and self-service to increase throughput
