Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jamf, Active Directory, and device deployment.
• Identity Access Management with Okta is required.
• Jamf 100/200 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support across a dynamic trading floor.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM with Jamf.
• Deploy and maintain MacOS and Windows desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment.
• Tackle high-priority technical issues.
