Channel Factory in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to support the Sales team in driving new business and maintaining client relationships. This entry-level role focuses on learning the product, mastering the sales process, and contributing to revenue growth through prospecting and client support.

You will learn the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and develop foundational skills for progression into a Sales Manager role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or media-sales.
• Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (YouTube or programmatic a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Enthusiasm for sales and client interaction.
• Fluent in Dutch

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in identifying and qualifying new leads.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
• Conduct research on clients, agencies, and market trends.
• Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Attend client meetings and learn the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Client Solutions, AdOps) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Represent Channel Factory’s values and maintain professionalism in all client and internal communications.
