Job summary

Crownpoint Advisory is hiring a Junior Account Manager in the Netherlands to serve as the day-to-day contact for Dutch clients, coordinating meetings and actions across engagements.

This full-time, remote-from-the-country role supports the London team and involves gathering pricing data, tracking invoices and coordinating with partners to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field.
• Some experience in account management, customer success or client service.
• Proficient Excel with filters, pivot tables and lookups.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Job description

Dutch clients now account for a growing share of Crownpoint's assignments, and each one needs a contact who follows the work between meetings. That is the job of the Junior Account Manager we are hiring in the Netherlands. It is full-time and remote from anywhere in the country, with the London team one hour behind.

Where you come in

Minimum requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field
• Some experience in account management, customer success or client service, internships included
• Excel, including filters, pivot tables and lookups
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
