Job summary

Crownpoint Advisory in London provides pricing, portfolio and transaction advisory. We seek a Sales Support Specialist to prepare proposals, manage CRM data, and coordinate meetings for the Netherlands. The role is full-time and remote from anywhere in the Netherlands, with the London team one hour behind.

Ideal candidates will have an MBO-4/HBO or bachelor’s degree, sales support experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. CRM/ERP exposure is a plus.

• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience entering orders or contacts in a CRM or ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, engagement letters and pricing sheets from templates.
• Keep the CRM and weekly pipeline report accurate.
• Arrange meetings and travel for advisers visiting the Netherlands.
• Check that signed terms, purchase orders and invoices match.
• Answer client questions about dates, documents and invoices.

Job description

Proposals for Dutch companies take up more of our week than they did a year ago, and the paperwork behind them needs someone working Dutch hours. We need a Sales Support Specialist in the Netherlands for that work. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in the Netherlands; the London team is one hour behind.

Where you come in

Minimum requirements

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO qualification, or a bachelor's degree
• Experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service or an office role
• Word, Excel and Outlook
• Entering orders or contacts in a CRM or ERP system
