Crownpoint Advisory is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for the Netherlands. The role is full-time and remote from anywhere in the Netherlands, aligning with Dutch hours while supporting our London-based team.

You will prepare proposals, maintain CRM data, arrange meetings, verify terms and invoices, and respond to client inquiries. This position requires a relevant degree and experience in sales support or related office roles.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO-4 or HBO qualification, or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service or an office role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience entering orders or contacts in a CRM or ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, engagement letters and pricing sheets from templates.
• Keep the CRM and the weekly pipeline report accurate.
• Arrange meetings and travel for advisers visiting the Netherlands.
• Check that signed terms, purchase orders and invoices match.
• Answer client questions about dates, documents and invoices.

Proposals for Dutch companies take up more of our week than they did a year ago, and the paperwork behind them needs someone working Dutch hours. We need a Sales Support Specialist in the Netherlands for that work. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in the Netherlands; the London team is one hour behind.
