Job summary

ESYsunhome Italia seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in the Netherlands to provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to customers, installers, and partners. A strong electrical background and familiarity with solar PV, energy storage, and inverters are highly valued.

• Support product training and installer training

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to local customers, installers and business partners.

Dutch electrical qualification/certification is a plus

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Chinese technical professional based in the Netherlands, with a strong electrical background and the ability to provide both remote and on‑site technical support.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills, including technical communication, being able to speak Dutch is a plus.
• Valid Dutch-recognized electrical qualification/certification is a plus.
• Experience in electrical engineering, solar PV, energy storage, inverters or renewable energy
• Ability to independently handle installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites when required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with PV systems, battery storage or energy management systems is a strong plus
• Provide technical support to customers, installers and partners in the Netherlands
• Support the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of energy storage systems and inverters
• Provide on‑site technical guidance when required
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Collect customer feedback and communicate with our technical team in China
• Support product training, installer training and technical documentation
• Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support for the Dutch and European markets
