La Fosse is seeking a hands-on Backend Software Engineer to join an established engineering team focused on high-performance, customer-facing fintech applications. You will specialize in Java backend development, building microservices and REST APIs while ensuring scalable, production-ready systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong Spring Boot experience, familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, and a track record of delivering reliable services in a production environment.

Formación

Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
Experience building microservices and REST APIs.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable microservices and REST APIs.
Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Contribute to system design and architectural improvements.
Improve application performance and reliability.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production monitoring.
Investigate technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with engineers and Product Owners to deliver new functionality.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and production-grade coding practices.
