Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Contract Logistics Sales Representative for Japanese accounts in the Netherlands. The role focuses on new business development with Japanese clients across Europe, building strategic plans, and expanding 3PL and warehousing solutions.

The candidate will manage RFQs and negotiations, coordinate with operations, and drive end-to-end sales while traveling across NL and Europe. VISA sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics, 3PL and warehousing.
• Proven success in new business development and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities among Japanese companies in the Netherlands and Europe.
• Develop and execute strategic target account plans and generate leads.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and commercial bidding processes.
• Collaborate with Operations to design and implement logistics solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Travel extensively within the Netherlands and Europe.
