Job summary

OOCL Logistics Group in Rotterdam is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to drive new business development, manage key accounts, and grow revenue within the Netherlands. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions, including sea/air freight and contract logistics.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

HBO level with a commercial mindset.
Familiar with international supply chain and transport modes.
Minimum 2 years in sales as a Sales Executive.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Develop new business in the appointed area and/or market segment, focusing on Supply Chain Management and Warehousing & Contract Logistics.
Identify the total supply chain demands of customers and collaborate with other support teams on proposals and quotations.
Manage key accounts in the area, prepare budgets and incremental sales plans, and drive sales across the region.
Maintain account relationships, provide solutions for operational issues, and involve operations and service teams in projects.
Conduct sales negotiations and analyze revenue and cost structures to close deals.
Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with customer service, operations and project teams to ensure excellent service.
