Sunrock B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations and Cybersecurity team.

You will provide hands-on support for users, manage devices, access, and SaaS applications, and collaborate with our MSP to resolve issues and improve processes. The role requires an IT-related degree or equivalent and 4+ years in IT support, with experience in Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, plus strong English communication.

About the role:

As our IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in our IT Operations and Cybersecurity team. We are looking for hands-on support. Sunrock's Technology landscape combines workplace and devices, a broad SaaS application landscape and internally developed applications, data and energy platforms.In this role, you don't need to know everything, but you do need to take ownership: understand the issue, resolve what you can, involve our Managed Service Partner when needed and make sure the request and problems get resolved. Your users are developers, joiners and leavers and business users.From there, you'll help colleagues with everything from workplace and device management to access, SaaS applications and Sunrock's internal tooling and platforms.

• Manage users, access rights, permissions and onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer SaaS applications, licenses and Intune.
• Support technical teams with tooling and platform access.
• Own support requests through resolution and improve operations and processes.

What you bring to the table

• An IT-related degree (MBO/HBO) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience in IT support, IT Operations or system administration.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Experience with SaaS administration and identity & access management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical curiosity.
• A hands-on, ownership-driven and service-oriented mindset, with strong English communication skills.
