Job summary

Sunrock is seeking an ERP Application Specialist in Amsterdam to manage and optimize NetSuite daily. You will bridge users, business teams and partners, drive adoption, and align the system with Finance, Asset Management and commercial needs.

You will configure workflows, manage users and releases, and translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions. The role emphasizes process improvements, data quality, and user training in a dynamic energy sector environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, Application Administrator, or similar role.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Experience with user management, system configuration, application support, and release management.
• Pro-active mindset, great communication skills and independence.
• Understanding of ERP processes within Finance and operational environments.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or NetSuite integrations.
• Knowledge of Finance and Asset Management processes in the Energy Sector (plus).
• Experience in a multi-country environment (plus).
• Familiarity with IT service management and change management processes (plus).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary NetSuite point of contact for Sunrock users.
• Provide functional support and resolve application-related issues.
• Manage users, roles, permissions and system configurations.
• Configure and maintain workflows, dashboards, forms and integrations.
• Coordinate testing and validation of system changes and releases.
• Monitor platform performance, releases and new functionality.
• Support data quality initiatives and master data management.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and user adoption.
• Translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Train users, coordinate external partners and advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices.

The role

As our ERP Application Specialist, you are responsible for the day-to-day management, support and continuous improvement of Sunrock’s NetSuite platform. You ensure the system remains reliable, user-friendly and aligned with business needs across Finance, Asset Management and our commercial teams. Acting as the bridge between users, business stakeholders and external partners, you drive adoption, optimize processes and help maximize the value of the platform.

What you bring to the table
