Job summary

Arcadis in Amsterdam seeks a Local Service Operations Senior Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support for executives and staff, plus proactive Tech Bar walk-up assistance. You will be the onsite face of technology, ensuring high availability of Windows/M365, Apple devices, AV, and related equipment within the Global Headquarters.

You will lead local projects, manage endpoint lifecycles, and coach junior engineers while coordinating with the Netherlands and global LSO teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering senior technical support within a global organisation.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience providing hands-on end-user and VIP support in standardized environments.

Responsibilities

• Senior technical authority in country, deputising for the LSO Manager when required.
• Final technical escalation point for complex issues in-country.
• Lead delivery of Tech Bar services and onsite support in Amsterdam.
• Own the endpoint lifecycle plan, including forecasting and asset management.
• Coach and develop LSO Engineers I and II; induct new joiners.
• Support workload planning and on-site coverage for the LSO team.
