Job description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

We are looking for an IT Supply Specialist to join our IT team and take ownership of the end-to-end procurement and supply operations for employee and office IT equipment across Europe and the UK, with support for other regions when needed.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day purchasing activities while also helping us build and improve IT supply operations as the business grows. You will work across procurement, suppliers, logistics, inventory, finance and internal IT teams, ensuring that employees and offices have the equipment and services they need, when they need them.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, solving operational challenges independently and building practical solutions in a fast-changing environment.

You are welcomed to work from our headquarters in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Own the end-to-end procurement process for employee and office IT equipment, from purchase request and quotation through approval, PO, payment and delivery.
  • Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers, comparing commercial offers and negotiating pricing, lead times, payment terms and delivery conditions.
  • Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and proactively resolve purchasing, delivery and service issues.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, plan replenishment and coordinate warehousing and stock-holding arrangements.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, returns, replacements, warranty cases and other device lifecycle services.
  • Identify gaps and new operational requirements, and independently develop and implement effective supply solutions.
  • Support the setup and scaling of IT supply operations for new countries, offices and locations.
  • Coordinate international and cross-border shipments together with suppliers and logistics partners where required.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, prepayments, credit notes and goods receipts, working closely with Finance.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, contracts and related documentation with Legal and Finance.
  • Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, supplier and equipment records.
  • Partner closely with IT Helpdesk, IT Operations, Finance, Legal and regional suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient IT supply operations.
  • Continuously improve procurement and supply processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reliability and scalability.
We expect you to have:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT procurement, IT supply or a similar operational procurement role.
  • Hands‑on experience purchasing IT hardware and equipment and managing supplier relationships.
  • Experience managing the full purchasing cycle, including requests, quotations, approvals, POs, invoices, payments and delivery follow‑up.
  • Experience working with ERP, procurement or purchasing systems.
  • Experience supporting procurement and supply operations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify operational gaps and independently implement practical solutions.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to work with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
  • Experience with IT inventory management, warehousing and device lifecycle operations.
  • Experience with international logistics and cross‑border shipments.
  • Experience working with major IT resellers, distributors or hardware manufacturers.
  • Experience supporting IT procurement in a fast‑growing or international technology company.
  • Experience setting up procurement or supply processes for new offices, countries or business operations.
