Job description

About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Role Overview

Nebius is an AI cloud company building a full-stack platform for developers and companies to take charge of their AI future, from data and model training through to production deployment. Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq (NBIS), Nebius operates at scale with a rapidly expanding global footprint and brings together deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

As European Affairs Projects Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of Nebius' European affairs agenda. You will manage the team's engagement calendar and project pipeline; coordinate partnerships, memberships and external contributions; and organise Nebius' participation in conferences, roundtables, policy forums and stakeholder meetings across Europe. Working closely with the European Affairs lead and internal teams, you will assess opportunities, prepare executives and subject-matter experts, coordinate content and logistics, track commitments and follow-up, and help strengthen Nebius' visibility and relationships across the European technology, policy and institutional ecosystem. The role combines disciplined project management with hands-on external engagement support and is designed to develop over time: you should bring a foundational understanding of the Dutch and European policy and regulatory landscape, while Nebius will support you in deepening that knowledge and progressively applying the practical toolbox of Dutch and European affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • European affairs project coordination. Maintain the annual workplan and project pipeline, including priorities, owners, milestones, deadlines, budgets, dependencies and follow-up actions. Drive timely delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and flag risks or decisions early.
  • Engagement calendar and executive scheduling. Own the European affairs calendar for external meetings, speaking engagements, conferences, delegations and partner activities. Triage invitations, coordinate availability and travel, and ensure senior participants are briefed and prepared.
  • Partnerships, memberships and external networks. Coordinate relationships with trade associations, technology and infrastructure partners, think tanks, academic and research organisations, chambers of commerce and relevant civil-society groups. Track memberships, working groups, renewals, commitments, opportunities and value delivered.
  • Events and external participation. Identify and assess relevant conferences, roundtables, workshops and policy forums. Manage registrations, sponsorship proposals, speaking submissions, speaker biographies, agendas, presentation materials, logistics and on-site support; help deliver Nebius-hosted events where required.
  • Contributions and briefing materials. Coordinate Nebius' contributions to panels, partner initiatives, publications, research projects and industry discussions. Prepare or consolidate briefing notes, talking points, event remarks, presentations, background materials and post-event summaries.
  • Internal alignment, monitoring and reporting. Coordinate closely with Communications, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Partnerships, Infrastructure and leadership teams. Maintain a practical overview of relevant Dutch and European institutional, policy, regulatory, industry and technology developments; keep accurate stakeholder and engagement records; capture actions, spend and outcomes; and provide concise updates on priorities, risks and opportunities. Escalate substantive policy or legal questions to the appropriate owners.
Must-have requirements:
  • At least three years of relevant experience: in European affairs, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, events, programme or project coordination, ideally in a corporate, trade association, public institution or consultancy environment.
  • Strong project, calendar and event management: with a track record of coordinating multiple deadlines, participants, suppliers, travel and deliverables accurately.
  • Foundational understanding of the Dutch and European affairs ecosystem: including the policy and regulatory landscape, EU institutions, Dutch public authorities, trade associations, think tanks, industry forums and the ways companies engage with them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: with the ability to prepare clear briefings, event materials, correspondence and executive-ready updates in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, discretion and attention to detail: comfortable working with senior leaders and a wide range of internal and external partners across countries and time zones, while using calendar, project-tracking and collaboration tools confidently.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centres, digital policy or another fast-moving B2B sector.
  • Experience coordinating trade-association memberships, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, speaker programmes or company-hosted events.
  • Familiarity with Brussels and the broader European technology and policy community.
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree; fluency in an additional European language is an advantage.
Benefits & Perks:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams
