Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead regional compute deployments from hardware handover to production readiness. You will coordinate across hardware, networking, capacity, and platform engineering under tight timelines.

You will own delivery milestones, manage acceptance tests, and serve as the escalation point during live deployments, driving clear ownership and documentation across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams, ideally in infrastructure, cloud or datacenter environments.
• Ability to coordinate across many engineering teams and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Calm, decisive communication under pressure, including during live incidents.
• Strong bias toward clear ownership and documentation over ad hoc firefighting.
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of region and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover.
• Coordinate the capacity acceptance procedure: validation of infrastructure availability, quotas, monitoring and sign-off.
• Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking and GPU teams and define ownership.
• Act as real-time escalation point during live deployments and resolve blockers by engaging on-call teams.
• Define and maintain clear contracts and responsibilities between delivery teams to reduce friction.
• Drive automation of repetitive deployment and acceptance-testing tasks.
• Provide structured, high-signal status updates to stakeholders.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Region Delivery team. You will own the delivery of new compute regions end to end — from hardware handover through acceptance testing to production readiness — coordinating across hardware, networking, capacity, and platform engineering teams under tight timelines.

Your responsibilities will include

• Owning delivery of region and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover
• Coordinating the capacity acceptance procedure: validating infrastructure availability, quota allocations, monitoring/alerting, and documented sign-off before a region goes to customers
• Coordinating acceptance testing across engineering teams (compute, storage, networking, GPU) and clarifying test ownership between them
• Acting as the real-time escalation point during live deployments — resolving blockers such as hardware failures, provisioning issues, or capacity conflicts by engaging the right on-call teams
• Defining and maintaining clear contracts and responsibilities between the teams involved in delivery to reduce cross-team ambiguity and friction
• Driving continuous improvement and automation of repetitive deployment and acceptance-testing work
• Running structured, high-signal status communications so stakeholders always know where a deployment stands

We expect you to have:

• Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or datacenter environments
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across many engineering teams simultaneously and drive alignment without formal authority
• Calm, decisive communication under pressure, including during live incidents
• Strong bias toward clear ownership and documentation over ad hoc firefighting
• Fluent English

It would be a strong advantage if you have:

• Experience with cloud/compute capacity management or GPU infrastructure
• Background in large-scale datacenter rollouts
