Job summary

ICL invites an IT Student to join our Local Onsite IT Service Desk in Amsterdam for a full-time internship. You will support Netherlands-wide employees by resolving tickets, gaining hands-on experience with hardware, software, and end-user services in a corporate IT environment.

You will learn ITSM processes, work with experienced professionals, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while developing troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch educational institution and pursuing IT studies.
• MBO Level 4 or Bachelor student in IT fields as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and support standard business applications and devices.
• Assist users with password resets, account requests and IT inquiries.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed.
• Support desktop and laptop deployment and maintenance.
• Monitor tickets to ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Access, Problem, and Change Management teams.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.
