Job summary

Allynce in Amsterdam seeks a Freelance IT Programme Manager to take over a merged multi-track programme and steer it through go-live and into run.

You will rapidly map each track, create an integrated plan with dependencies and ownership, and drive E2E testing, UAT, cutover and legacy decommissioning.

Fluent Dutch and professional English are required. This is a full-time assignment through at least March 2027, with reporting to the Delivery Manager and steering committee.

Qualifications

• Senior IT programme management experience, including mid-flight takeover of complex programmes.
• Hands-on experience with E2E testing, UAT, cutover and decommissioning legacy systems.
• Post-merger IT integration experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to make dependencies and ownership explicit and drive cross-track decisions.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Take over the programme and map each track: what’s done, what’s running, blockers.
• Create an integrated plan with explicit dependencies and a clear critical path to releases.
• Close open dependencies between tracks, architects, developers and suppliers; guard the scope.
• Lead E2E testing, UAT, cutover and go-live readiness; manage defects and approvals.
• Plan cutover, go-live and hypercare; ensure knowledge transfer and run readiness.
