Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced Senior E2E Test Manager to define and drive the overall end-to-end testing strategy for a large transformation programme. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, product owners and delivery leads to ensure a reliable end-to-end result across multiple domains.

The role requires hands-on engagement with delivery teams, strong testing governance, and the ability to manage cross-team dependencies in a complex enterprise environment.

Job description

We are supporting one of our clients with the delivery of a large and complex transformation programme involving multiple business and IT domains, delivery teams and interconnected systems. To support this programme, we are looking to bring an experienced Senior E2E Test Manager into the team.

In this role, you will define and drive the overall E2E test approach across the programme. You will work closely with business representatives, IT teams, product owners, delivery leads and test professionals throughout the organisation.

You will assess the test approach and progress of the different teams, challenge assumptions and ensure that individual testing activities contribute to a reliable end-to-end result. Where necessary, you will help organise test environments, resolve cross-team dependencies and create the conditions required to execute testing successfully.

• The strongest fit would be an experienced Test Manager who combines strategic oversight with a pragmatic and hands-on mentality.
• You are not someone who manages testing exclusively through processes, meetings and reports. You actively engage with delivery teams, ask the right questions and are prepared to investigate issues yourself.
• Extensive experience as a Test Manager in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience organising and coordinating end-to-end and chain testing
• Experience working across multiple teams, systems and business domains
• The ability to oversee both the test strategy and its practical execution
• A solid understanding of test environments, test data and technical dependencies
• Experience working at the intersection of business and IT
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience within complex organisations with critical operational processes is considered an advantage

Fluent English is essential, as a significant part of the programme communication will be in English. Dutch-speaking candidates are preferred, but highly experienced English-speaking professionals will also be considered.

Working model: Hybrid, with approximately two days per week on-site
