Job summary

Rocruitment BV is seeking an Interim IT Program Manager for a global FMCG transformation project. You will coordinate multiple IT workstreams, align planning and resources, and ensure governance across the program.

Ideally you bring 8+ years of IT PM experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role requires onsite presence in Amsterdam for at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in FMCG or global enterprise settings.
• Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and multiple project timelines.
• Structured, delivery-driven, and able to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communicator, confident with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Available to work a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Manage and align several interconnected IT projects within a larger transformation program.
• Support planning, resource alignment, and dependency management.
• Track progress, flag risks, and help resolve delivery issues.
• Act as a bridge between project leads, PMO, and senior business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent reporting, status updates, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners throughout the program lifecycle.
