Job summary

GEODIS is seeking an IT Key User to ensure full IT availability and act as liaison between the warehouse and central IT. This role involves managing IT tickets, maintaining IT assets, and configuring tools such as WMS.

The candidate should have IT support experience in logistics, strong problem-solving, and fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in MS Office. Shift duties and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with WMS, user management, and reporting tools.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics change management.
• Experience in employee training.
• Advanced training in IT hardware and software.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site referent for IT work processes.
• Assist in creating operating procedures.
• Document change requests for IT tools.
• Troubleshoot first-level IT failures.
• Develop KPIs to monitor activities.
• Coordinate with IT service teams (network & infra).
• Maintain IT materials and tools.
• Support growth of customers with cross-functional teams.
