Are you the go-to person when it comes to warehouse processes and WMS systems? As a WMS Key User, you’ll be the crucial bridge between operations and IT — ensuring that the Warehouse Management System runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with project goals.
This is a full-time temporary assignment for 4 to 6 months, offering you the chance to make a direct impact on daily logistics operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for system users, supporting the rollout, testing, and optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll work closely with project teams, super users, and IT specialists to ensure a seamless flow of goods and data across the warehouse.
Your main responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation and configuration of the WMS in operational environments.
Providing user training, system guidance, and first-line support to warehouse teams.
Testing and validating system functionalities before and after go-lives.
Reporting issues, monitoring performance, and supporting system improvements.
Collaborating with IT, operations, and logistics engineering teams to translate operational needs into system solutions.
You’re hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. You combine operational experience with strong system knowledge and communication skills.
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder WMS or similar).
A background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, able to train and support users effectively.
Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
You’ll join an international logistics organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The environment is dynamic and technology-driven, with a strong focus on efficiency and standardization. You’ll work alongside experts from different regions, supporting warehouse operations and system rollouts that drive operational excellence across Europe.
Would you like to contribute to high-impact WMS projects and be part of an international logistics environment?
