Job summary

A dynamic e-commerce company in Groningen is seeking an IT intern to assist IT specialists with daily challenges and improve your technical skills. You will provide technical support, manage ticket resolutions, and assist with onboarding processes. This internship offers €500 per month and valuable experience working in an energetic international team with opportunities for professional development and networking at exciting events.

Qualifications

• You are an MBO/HBO student in IT or a similar field (at least in your 3rd year or graduated).
• Previous practical IT experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required. Dutch or German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with issues regarding laptops and workplace programs.
• Resolve and handle issues reported in the ticket system.
• Support IT projects, such as transitioning mail and communication providers.
• Help with IT onboarding for new team members.
