Job summary

A dynamic e-commerce company in Groningen is seeking an IT intern to assist IT specialists with daily challenges and improve your technical skills. You will provide technical support, manage ticket resolutions, and assist with onboarding processes. Qualifications

• You are an MBO/HBO student in IT or a similar field (at least in your 3rd year or graduated).
• Previous practical IT experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required. Dutch or German are a plus.

Among the challenges of tackling IT issues for our employees you will have the chance to have a look into projects that are on the IT-roadmap, can develop your MacOS and Google Workspace skills and gain valuable experience on the road to bringing our IT-department to the next level. Your Impact

• Technical Support: Assist our employees with issues regarding their laptop, workplace and the programs that we use within the company.
• Ticket Management: Resolve and handle issues reported in our ticket system.
• Project Assistance: Support exciting IT projects, such as transitioning our mail and communication provider.
• Onboarding Support: Help with IT onboarding for new team members which includes creating accounts, preparing laptops and setting up their system on the first day.

Job Requirements

• You are an MBO/HBO student in IT or a similar field (at least in your 3rd year or graduated).
• Previous practical IT experience is a plus.
• A passion for learning combined with a team-first mindset describes you accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist colleagues with IT challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage your tasks and schedule efficiently.
