Job summary

ING is seeking an IT Integrator - Feature Engineer to bridge IT and business stakeholders, translating requirements into tangible IT solutions. You will align between squads across Tribes, manage dependencies, and contribute to delivery in a complex IT environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, cross-cultural collaboration, and mentoring others, with a hybrid working model and a focus on payments and finance processes.

Qualifications

• Master degree in IT (Engineering) or equivalent by experience.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• ING/financial industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication in Dutch and/or English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach others and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Translate business rules into technical specifications based on architectural designs.
• Shape activities and perform feasibility analyses for initiatives.
• Analyze IT impacts and support developers during implementation.
• Perform detailed functional and technical analysis/design.
• Provide test support and assist in problem determination.
• Define new suppliers and contractual requirements.
