Job summary

Levy Global is seeking a Senior IT Integrator / Project Manager to orchestrate cross-domain IT initiatives within a large payments environment. You will align business and IT, coordinate governance, dependencies and delivery, and work across architects, Tribe Leads, product leads, and external partners.

You'll define implementation plans, manage dependencies, run end-to-end testing and drive communication across the organisation to deliver tangible business value in a complex IT landscape.

Senior IT Integrator / Project Manager | Payments | Cross-Domain IT Transformation

Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and IT? Join a large-scale payments environment where you'll coordinate complex, cross-domain IT initiatives and bring together stakeholders, delivery teams and technology experts to turn strategic objectives into successful IT solutions.

About the role

As a Senior IT Integrator / Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating large-scale IT initiatives across the PSS environment. Acting as the strategic bridge between business and IT, you'll ensure that complex initiatives are delivered effectively, on time and within agreed expectations.

You'll work with a broad range of stakeholders, including architects, Tribe Leads, Product Area Leads, Product Leads, customer journey experts, operations, data owners, IT business analysts, security, risk, compliance and external partners.

You will define implementation plans, manage dependencies between features and epics, establish project governance and coordinate end-to-end testing and activation of new IT solutions. You'll also monitor progress, remove obstacles and ensure clear communication across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to roadmap refinement, capacity management and delivery of business value.

About you

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, IT Integrator or similar role within a complex IT environment.
• Strong experience managing cross-domain IT initiatives and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at different organisational levels.
• Strong understanding of modern IT landscapes, platform technologies, cloud services and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile ways of working, such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience within the payments industry and knowledge of payment systems, standards and regulatory requirements.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL Foundation or higher.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, security and compliance.
• Experience with capacity management and translating technology initiatives into business value.
• A willingness to share knowledge and represent the organisation at conferences, seminars or industry events.
