Job summary

ING is seeking a Tribe Lead Consumer Adoption within Global Infrastructure to shape strategic direction, drive transformation, and ensure value through a product-led operating model. You will lead a global team and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive adoption of global platforms across more than ten countries, orchestrating priorities and governance to reduce fragmentation and cost while enabling strategic infrastructure investments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to steer complex, cross-country programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior stakeholder engagement as the main interface for Global Infrastructure consumers.
• Drive adoption, onboarding and transition programmes to global platforms.
• Orchestrate priorities and dependencies across countries to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Guide standardised solutions to strengthen architecture and reduce fragmentation.
• Oversee governance of service, contracts and lifecycle for scalable consumption.
• Embed a product-led operating model with clear customer outcomes and value tracking.
• Develop a high-performing global team and foster collaboration and accountability.
