Job summary

Levy Global is seeking a Senior IT Integrator / Project Manager to orchestrate cross-domain IT initiatives within a large payments environment. You will align business and IT, coordinate governance, dependencies and delivery, and work across architects, Tribe Leads, product leads, and external partners.

You'll define implementation plans, manage dependencies, run end-to-end testing and drive communication across the organisation to deliver tangible business value in a complex IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading senior IT programs in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with payments domain is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define dependencies and estimations for features and epics and translate these into comprehensive IT implementation plans.
• Establish project governance structures and ensure effective decision-making.
• Coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams and tribes.
• Facilitate feature planning, collaboration and delivery across organisational boundaries.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and the activation of new IT solutions.
• Clarify responsibilities for business and IT changes with relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and remove delivery obstacles.
• Provide regular status reporting to relevant organisational levels.
• Create and maintain implementation plans and governance documentation.
• Contribute to roadmap refinement and delivery of business value.
