Job summary

A leading ServiceNow partner in Utrecht is seeking an IT/OT Operations Consultant to bridge the gap between IT and Operational Technology. This role involves advising clients on digital transformations, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between systems. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of various industrial systems and ServiceNow modules. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or IT/OT convergence projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on ITOM and ITAM strategies using ServiceNow.
• Lead assessments of IT and OT environments.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Skills

IT Operations experience

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM

Effective communication skills

Familiarity with SCADA and PLC/DCS

Fluent in English

Education

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS–ITOM, CIS–ITAM)
