Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for IoT and Fleet Technology in the Netherlands. The role blends system setup, project rollout for large vehicle fleets, and first-line support, with collaboration across European teams.

You will help shape how the European service operates, handle activations, and ensure accurate records and timely problem resolution. Hybrid work applies, with three days in the Rotterdam/Overijssel offices.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent higher education in computer science, information technology or related subject.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work without a script and handle unfamiliar problems.
• Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with colleagues across countries.

Responsibilities

• Set up vehicles and customers on the fleet platform, verify activation and paperwork, maintain accurate records for subscriptions and devices.
• Manage rollout projects for large fleets, ensuring engineers have correct information and the customer is onboarded.
• Provide first-line support for connectivity issues, escalate to UK specialist team as needed.
• Participate in testing of new features and join daily cross-group stand-ups.
