Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Comfort with cloud-based software, data, and devices in the field.
• Experience with IoT, connectivity technologies, or industrial data protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of assigned accounts and act as primary technical contact.
• Proactively assess health, identify risks, and drive actions to improve stability and adoption.
• Provide technical direction on configuration and integration of Trackunit solutions.
• Support deployments by advising on architecture, configuration, and deployment.
• Contribute to cross-functional execution with Success, Support, and Key Account teams.
• Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and playbooks to strengthen TAM practice.
• Identify repeatable patterns and translate into improvements.
