Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for translating customer needs into product improvements.
• Able to work with engineering, production, and customers to guide software/hardware features.
• Experience with data analysis and IoT/telematics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner of the OptaFleet product portfolio.
• Gather and translate customer feedback into product requirements.
• Define, prioritize, and coordinate new product features with the development team.
• Support product roadmap planning and release preparation.
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
