Job summary

Powerfleet is seeking a Field Installation Technician to deliver high-quality installations, upgrades, and onsite technical support for IVMS, fatigue monitoring, Vision AI, AD+, and in-warehouse solutions across the Netherlands.

Reporting to the Field Service Team Lead, you will manage installations, perform quality checks, and collaborate with service partners to ensure safe, efficient deployment while upholding Powerfleet’s health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience installing technical systems in vehicle or fleet environments.
Hands-on ability with wiring, calibration, and system configuration.
Ability to perform on-site quality checks and testing.
Proven troubleshooting of field equipment and deployments.
Willingness to travel regularly within Netherlands and Europe.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle and equipment installations for IVMS, fatigue monitoring, Vision AI, AD+, and in-warehouse systems.
Execute wiring, mounting, calibration, and configuration activities.
Complete pre- and post-install testing to validate functionality.
Ensure work meets quality standards and customer requirements.
Support onsite deployment planning and coordination with partners.
Provide onsite oversight and perform quality checks during deployments.
Document installations with photos, configs, and service notes.
Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements.
