Uniserve Netherlands is seeking a Stock Supervisor to manage and support stock operations, coordinating the team and work distribution to meet client needs. You will handle stock from receipt to dispatch, including bonded stock, while using WMS and other systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in stock management and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processes.
• Proficiency with WMS and other operational systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to report, analyse data and solve problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate, train and guide a team.
• Strong customer focus and business awareness.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong time-management, conflict-management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer stock end-to-end from receipt through dispatch.
• Oversee bonded stock and inbound/outbound processes.
• Supervise cycle counts and full stock takes.
• Generate and interpret WMS stock reports to monitor performance.
• Build relationships with clients for continuous service improvement.
• Participate in management meetings and provide operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and SLAs.
• Oversee processes to meet Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support new tools (e.g., CGA).
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct.
