Super Micro Computer Spain, S.L. is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to support our Racks Team at our EMEA Headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. This position involves overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient processes while managing inventory and motivating team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in computer systems and rack systems.
• Working experience in warehouse inventory preferred.
• Knowledge of cycle count materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse.
• Manage storage area organization.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts.
• Supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate load and unload operations for company trucks.
• Manage all inventory in/out of rack facilities.
• Coordinate with project management on customer shipment scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards 9001, 13485, 14001.
