Job summary

Supermicro in the Netherlands (s-'s-Hertogenbosch) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our service team and optimize stock across EMEA. You will analyze stock levels, support service desk and logistics, and drive efficiency through data-driven decisions.

The role is full-time, based in Den Bosch, with growth opportunities as the team expands. Candidates should have 3+ years in inventory management, strong Excel, MySQL/SQL skills, and fluent English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Logistics education (MBO level) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Inventory Management experience.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Maintaining data history and records.
• Proficient with MySQL and SQL.
• Structured and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong numerical insight and proactive problem solving.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Willing to work within 40 km of ’s-Hertogenbosch and English/Dutch (C1).

Responsibilities

• Daily analysis of current stock levels in our systems.
• Submit new orders to daily estimation to maintain stock levels.
• Identify unnecessary inventories and plan repositioning.
• Calculate and prepare stocks to be replenished daily.
• This is a growing role with increasing responsibilities in the first year.
