Job summary

You will develop production plans, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and QA, and ensure adherence to design specifications while maintaining customer satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a production management role, preferably in server rack integration or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to optimize performance and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop comprehensive production plans and schedules, considering customer demands, resources, and capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

• Oversee the integration process of server racks, including hardware installation, cable management, and configuration.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve profitability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
