Job summary

Super Micro Computer Spain, S.L. is seeking a Production Engineer in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. The role involves hands-on rack system integration, testing, and documentation for production transfer. You will work closely with engineering, production, and extended teams to ensure quality and meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree in Engineering or related fields and at least 1 year of server integration experience. Strong communication skills are essential, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of server integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting experience, or IT hands-on experience.
• Ability to handle moving servers and rack installation; able to stand for extended periods.
• Fluent in English speaking, writing, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate closely with rack, engineering, and operation teams to understand business requirements.
• Mount servers, switches, PDU, cables, and labeling as part of rack system integration.
• Configure servers, switches, and perform whole rack system test and troubleshooting.
• Provide rack system integration SOW and integration nodes for mass production line.
• Handle inventory of rack integration parts.
• Deploy and service rack system on customer site; domestic and international travel required.
