Internship – Telesales
HEINEKEN is on a journey to become the best-connected brewery in the world, starting with stronger customer connections. At Head Office, we are building a new telesales capability to proactively engage customers and drive sales as part of our Route to Consumer strategy. To measure performance and identify improvement opportunities, we need to establish a telesales performance and governance cycle, supported by a clear baseline. This internship focuses on defining that baseline and designing a dashboard blueprint.
Responsibilities
- Define the baseline for telesales performance in line with the strategy
- Develop a blueprint for the telesales dashboard
- Link existing reports and KPIs into one clear view
- Create a plan of action to create the dashboard
- Prepare or build an MVP in Power BI
- Create a governance drumbeat to embed the KPIs
- Support the collection, structuring, and analysis of data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and reporting. The dashboard will help customer care and telesales teams track KPIs, spot performance trends, and improve commercial effectiveness.
Your new team and workplace
