Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Amsterdam is seeking an intern for Telesales to develop a performance dashboard and engage with customers. You will work with the Global Customer Care Team to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

This full-time internship is set to start on September 1, 2026, and lasts for six months with a monthly allowance of €650. The position requires you to be enrolled in an educational institution in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• You are a Master's student or Bachelor, preferably in Data Science, Finance or STEM studies.
• Fluent English language required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the baseline for telesales performance in line with strategy.
• Develop a blueprint for the telesales dashboard.
• Prepare or build an MVP in Power BI.
• Support the collection and analysis of data from multiple sources.

Skills
