Internship
As a valued member of Heineken® Innovation team you would be working on Innovation projects and general Brand Management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Category analytics support, data analysis and providing insights
- Concept research and brand development
- Benchmark trends, digital & social activity, and industry best practices
- Leading your own projects independently
- Internal communications: engaging markets around the world
- Supporting the team with presentations to key stakeholders
Department
You will be part of the Commerce department; our key stakeholders are Communication Managers, R&D teams, CMI, Designers, Markets and Agencies.
Terms of employment
- Your starting date is September 2026
- The internship is full‑time (5 days a week / 40 hours per week)
- The duration of the internship is 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice‑oriented internship
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
Qualifications
- Currently in study for a Bachelors or Master’s degree, fluent written and spoken English
- A passion for the world of beer and zero alcohol
- An open and global mindset, natural curiosity, and willingness to ask why
- Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
- A good eye for building winning PowerPoint presentations
- Familiar with general office tools (Microsoft) – graphic design & video editing skills are a plus
- Confident, with good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects at once, to deal with multiple project owners and to manage your own time
- Highly motivated with strong sense of personal initiative
- We will consider applicants from all academic disciplines and levels, but specific attention will be paid to those from marketing, business, PR/communication, market research or innovation backgrounds
Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
- In the case of non‑EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
