HEINEKEN's Global CSLP Analytics internship offers hands-on experience turning data into actionable insights across the supply chain. You will join a global, diverse team and help drive data-powered decision-making in customer service, logistics and planning.

You will learn about operations, develop dashboards in Power BI, analyze performance across operating companies, and create reports for business stakeholders while benefiting from a hybrid work model in Amsterdam.

The internship

Join our dynamic team and help drive data-powered decision-making across supply chain operations.

We’re looking for a curious and driven Analytics Intern eager to turn data into impact and help improve customer service, logistics, and planning across HEINEKEN’s Global operations.

During this internship, you will:

• Learn about Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning operations
• Work with data and develop dashboards
• Analyze performance across different operating companies
• Create reports to be shared with business stakeholders

Your new team and workplace

You will work with the Performance and Analytics team of Global Customer Service, Logistics and Planning (Global CSLP) within the Supply Chain department. Our mission is to unlock value from data in a smarter, faster, and scalable way to help our Operating Companies deliver the best experience to our customers while optimizing costs for HEINEKEN.

• Interest in supply chain operations and performance analysis
• Ability to work independently, while asking questions and collaborating with stakeholders from different backgrounds
• Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Power Apps.
• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field

Conditions of HEINEKEN

• You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
• In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
• In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
• You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
• You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).

Our Internship Conditions

During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:

• A full-time/ part-time internship, starting on September 1, 2026
• The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor)
• Your home office will be located in Amsterdam
• At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
• You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek
• You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship)
• If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
