Job summary

JDE Peets in Utrecht is offering an internship to deepen your understanding of the Supply Chain in an international eCommerce environment, while developing your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.

You will report KPI data daily, weekly and monthly using our dashboards, oversee order flow from payment to dispatch and returns, and assist with consumer care escalation in close collaboration with warehouses and IT.

Qualifications

• You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university and live in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands
• Fluent English and MS Office skills are required, bonus for eCommerce experience
• Proactive, curious, structured and fun to work with
• Available 5-6 months, 4 or 5 days/week (4 in-office, 1 remote)
• Educational institution must sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peets

Responsibilities

• KPI Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (Reporting, monitoring, analysing & improved suggestions)
• Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (Payments, open orders, stock allocation, on-time-dispatch, returns) by coordinating with warehouses, IT teams and local supply chain representatives
• Day-to-day escalation management of our Consumer care with supervisors and reporting risks when needed
