Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Zandvoort is seeking a Front Office Intern to help deliver guest experiences with warmth and accuracy. After training, you will handle check-ins/outs and essential front desk tasks, while assisting guests and answering questions to ensure a smooth stay.

You will learn upselling, handle guest concerns and contribute to a welcoming team culture, with opportunities to grow within NH Hotels worldwide.

What are you going to do?

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
