Philips invites motivated students to join the Group Sustainability Office for an Internship: Enabling Execution of 2030 Impact Ambitions in Amsterdam with weekly presence at Eindhoven. Duration 6–12 months, 40 hours per week, starting December 2026 or January 2027.
You will support the Impact Shaper Program, engage with stakeholders globally, learn project delivery, sustainability, health equity and governance, and gain hands-on experience delivering impact-driven initiatives.

You will be part of the Group Sustainability team, an international and multidisciplinary group working across regions and functions. The team leads initiatives ranging from digital innovation and sustainable business models to partnerships and internal engagement—supporting Philips’ commitment to improve the lives of 400 million people in underserved communities by 2030.
Hybrid working model: minimum 3 days per week in the office Primary location: Amsterdam Weekly presence at High Tech Campus, Eindhoven
Important Part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online interview recording and assessment. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university will need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which will need to be signed by the student and the university. Students receiving ECTS credits for this internship will need to fill in a UNL agreement – which will need to be signed by the student and the university. Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
