Job summary

Concilio Personeelsdiensten is seeking a Flex Worker Coordinator to join our Cuijk team. You will be the main contact between international employees and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations from workforce planning to transport and accommodation.

This hands-on role requires problem solving, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. Fluency in English plus an additional European language is required. A valid B license and own transport are necessary for commuting to Cuijk.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages is also required: Polish, Romanian, Latvian or another European language.
• Relevant experience in coordination, recruitment, workforce planning, temporary employment or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Proactive and solution‑orientated approach.
• Valid driving licence B.
• Own transport to commute to our office in Cuijk.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Experience in the temporary employment sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of P4F and/or Nocore is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, work schedules and staffing requirements
• Maintain regular contact with employees and clients
• Support employees with work‑related and practical matters
• Provide job introductions and clear work instructions
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when necessary
• Coordinate employee transport and accommodation
• Visit clients and maintain good working relationships
• Resolve planning, operational and personnel‑related issues
• Handle administrative tasks related to employees and daily operations
• Ensure clear communication between employees, clients and internal departments
