Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Transport Coordinator to oversee international transport logistics, optimize carrier utilization, and lead improvements with carriers. You will coordinate with warehouses, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, transport, or logistics.
• 5–10 years in logistics and transport management.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international transport.
• Experience with carrier management and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of all transport modes; air/road/e-commerce a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations.
• Ensure optimal carrier utilization and capacity management.
• Manage shipment schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor service performance and resolve disruptions.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain transport records.
• Monitor carrier performance via KPIs; conduct MBRs/QBRs.
• Lead improvement projects with carriers; cost analyses.
• Support RFQs and transportation digitization projects.
